Mr. Willie Kimbro Jr. was born May 16th 1946 in Watkinsville , Ga to the late Willie Kimbro Sr. of Watkinsville, Ga and Martha Davis Mahaffey of Covington, Ga . He was preceeded in death by Lovie Lee Walker & Doris Wise .Willie accepted gods call home after a long fine life of being a wonderful & loving person , when God whispered , "well done humble and faithful servant"on August 31st 2021 Mr. Willie Kimbro Jr. was a hard working man serving in many different roles over time for many different companies. But his longest journey was at the University Of Georgia "UGA" where he served 31 years as a Labor Foreman of Support Services Physical Plant Division . During his time at UGA Willie would oversee many high profile events such as background operations Graduations , Football Games , Moving offices and etc . Willie enjoyed his position traveling and taking care of many task outside of the state lines of Georgia for UGA .He gained thousands of friends over the years . One of his favorite things to do was attending the football games he especially enjoyed camping during the Georgia vs Florida game and would always have a story to tell about any previous game . Also during his time at the UGA he was presented with various awards commending him of his hard work and perfect attendance. After a lifetime of love & dedication to family and exceptional employment he leaves to cherish his memories / four sons: Floyd Walker , Bernard Walker, Steven Ellison, Brenson Kimbro & one daughter Brenda Walker Gantt /Five brothers : Matthew Kimbro, Bobbie Kimbro ,Lonnie "Roger" Kimbro , Norel Kimbro , Mike Kimbro & five sisters: Liz Kimbro, Mennie Pearl, Mary Kimbro Ellison, Marion Ann Kimbro, Karon Kimbro .
