Johnson Kenyottus “Ken” Frequon Johnson was born November 22, 1990, to Ms. Sonja Johnson and Mr. Hack Howard. Ken passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2024. Ken leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends who were blessed to be a part of his life. Ken was raised in Athens, GA, by Ms. Thelma Burnett, who loved him unconditionally until her passing in 2001. He was educated in Clarke County School District and loved by several of his teachers. Ken loved to fish, laugh, eat good food, and have a good time. He loved his family, especially his two heartbeats - Nevaeh and Koda. Ken was preceded in death by his father Hack Howard, godmother Thelma Burnett, and grandfather Bishop James Walker. Ken leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter Nevaeh Marie Hogue (Winterville, GA); son Koda Eli Johnson (Elberton, GA); mother Sonja Y. (Norris) Johnson-Renwick (Athens, GA); sisters Cynetria K. (Antwon) Taylor-Givens (Bethlehem, GA), Katy L. Howard (Athens, GA); step-sister Shakita Renwick (Atlanta, GA); and grandmother Lizzie Mae Johnson - Aycock (Athens, GA). God-sisters Gloria J. Billups, Auquick L. (Jeffrey) Sheats, Michelle Burnett-Johnson; aunt Denetria Aycock - all of Athens, GA, and uncle Jester Aycock, Jr. (Winterville, GA). Nieces, Aubrey Givens (Bethlehem, GA) and Sharese Collins; nephew Kentavious Seals - both of Athens, GA. Step-nephew Jay (Jaylin) Willis (Atlanta, GA); special god-nephew/ god-brother Kavazeo “BB”(Nina) Billups (Hull, GA); great-aunt Linda (John) Drummond (Tampa, FL); great-uncle Robert Walker (Athens, GA), and a host of nieces, nephews, god-nieces & god-nephews, cousins, and friends.
